All flowers / balloons are subject to availability. In the case of non-availability of a particular flower type from our supplier or the stock does not meet quality expectations, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternative of similar form and color of equivalent value and quality.
Cancellation of orders after order placement for more than 1 day, we will charge 50% of the order value.
Cancellation of complete orders within (1) day, no refund will be made.
