Cancellation of orders after order placement for more than 1 day, we will charge 50% of the order value.

Cancellation of complete orders within (1) day, no refund will be made.

Delivery and Self Pick Up

Delivery :

Delivery charges may apply delivery location for minimum spend of RM88 and above. Delivery time specification is NOT available. Standard delivery time are in 3 batches :

  • Batch 1 : 10am - 12pm
  • Batch 2 : 12pm - 3pm
  • Batch 3 : 3pm – 6pm

Self Pick Up :

Orders can be picked up from our main offices at Lynn’s17, E-03-05, Sunway Geo Avenue or Neflorist, No. 13-1-1, Japan Setia Prima D, U13/D, Setia Alam Sek U13, on Monday - Saturday (9.30am - 7.00pm), except Sunday (9.30pm - 3.00pm)
